Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product menu and store policies, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Golf Balls (Bridgestone Golf Balls, Callaway Golf Balls)
  • Golf Shoes (Adidas Golf Shoes, Callaway Golf Shoes, Ecco Golf Shoes)

These items are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
